The Fidi Hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service and attention to detail. the cozy room, complete with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities, provided a much-needed retreat in the heart of NYC. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from accommodating an early check-in to assisting with luggage storage. the location, though not central, offered convenience with nearby dining options and easy access to transportation. I especially enjoyed the bespoke cocktail lounge with its playful design and disco ball installation, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Overall, the Fidi Hotel seamlessly blends industrial elements with modern design, making it a standout choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and sophistication in the bustling Financial District.
